The pop star stayed true to her barely dressed style during her appearance on the late-night show, covering her nipples with heart-shaped pasties purchased on Hollywood Boulevard. A rainbow sequin cape and matching skirt completed the daring look.
Kimmel was understandably a bit flummoxed by the near-nudity, while Cyrus admitted she was "a little cold."
"You are nearly naked," Kimmel told the singer, then admitted he was embarrassed. Cyrus then directed him to keep his eyes on her eyebrows and not, ahem, her boobs.

Cyrus adopted a more conservative look for her "I Witness News" skit on the show. Donning a brown wig and glasses, she played an Australian reporter named Janet who asked pedestrians what they thought about Miley Cyrus. Warning: Things get harsh.
