Turns Out J Lawr Does A Stellar Cher Impression

Reason No. 8,467,252 we want Jennifer Lawrence to be our bestie: Apparently, she does an awesome Cher impression. We got a sampling of The Hunger Games star's vocal stylings last night on Conan, which is filming in San Diego this week to keep up with Comic-Con. Cast mates Liam Hemsworth and Josh Hutcherson appeared alongside the actress, egging her on to show off her singing skills. After a little bit of coaxing, J Lawr obliged, breaking into Cher's "Believe." Though she started off a little on the shy side, once she got through the chorus, Lawrence was really belting her heart out. And honestly, it wasn't half bad. A little throaty, but then again: It's Cher. Lawrence has been a fairly busy lady this week. Refinery29 caught up with her during a Mockingjay: Part 2 panel at Comic-Con, where she discussed drunk emails, French fry shaming, and why she's trying to develop a filter. A censored version of our favorite uncensored gal? We're not totally sure we like the sound of that, especially if it means fewer on-air musical impressions.
