One of these days, we’re hoping Taylor Swift invites us over to her pad for a hangout sesh, but until that moment finally arrives we’ll be watching closely from the sidelines — and, of course, monitoring her Instagram account for clues about our dream BFF crew.
Recent recon seriously paid off. Apparently, the “Style” star gathered with girlfriends — including the Haim sisters, Lorde, Serayah, Halston Sage — to pose in atop a bicycle, eat cake, and drink merrily from red solo cups. The fête was well documented on Swift’s social media…as well as that of another partygoer.
Calvin Harris made a special appearance among the gaggle, even snapping a shot of his alleged girlfriend’s cats, Olivia Benson and Meredith Grey. Based on this Internet evidence, we’re putting the rumors that Harris is allergic to Swift’s cats and won’t visit her house to bed.
Harris wasn’t the only dude in attendance: He brought along DJ Dillon Francis to hang with the crew, and took some Blair Witch Project-style close ups of his bud. All in a normal night out with some of the most famous twentysomethings in America.
To keep the dream alive, we’re going to assume our invite got lost in the mail and just enjoy living vicariously through the photo fun — of which there’s a fair amount. Check out all the snaps below. It’s almost like being there, right? (We know. It’s not. Not at all.)
