Spock and Kirk? Nope. Drax and Groot? No chance. It may break geeky hearts a little bit, but Zoe Saldana decided not to go the sci-fi route when naming her two little bundles of joy.
The Guardians of the Galaxy actress and husband Marco Perego welcomed twin baby boys last month. The proud mama has finally taken to social media to announce the little guys' creative monikers: Cy and Bowie. We don't know which one is which yet, but we trust Mom and Dad do.
It's safe to assume Bowie is an homage to Ziggy Stardust himself. Cy, meanwhile, is a diminutive for Cyrus, which means "sun" or "throne." Given Perego's artist background, it could also be a nod to painter Cy Twombly.

There you have it: two unique but not ridiculous names. Gold stars all around.
