Love moves pretty fast in Hollywood. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it. Here are the celebrity makeups, breakups, and hookups that are on everyone's radar this week.

Lauren Adkins & Robert Pattinson
No, R. Patz hasn't moved on from rumored beau FKA twigs. But, he did get married — err, a version of him did. A woman named Lauren Adkins married a cardboard cutout of the actor in Vegas. She's been in love with Pattinson since she saw him in Twilight.

"People might think I’m crazy, but my flat-pack R-Patz is the closest I’ll get to the real thing, and he’s the one for me," Adkins tells The Daily Mirror. "A friend who thought I was going mad said one night, ‘If you love him so much, why don’t you marry him?’ Her words rang in my ears. She was right. Why didn’t I?" Well, now she has. The two then honeymooned in Hollywood.

Gwyneth Paltrow & Chris Martin
He may be giving back rubs to Jennifer Lawrence, but that doesn't mean conscious uncouplers Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow have bad blood between them. The two took Apple and Moses out to eat in Los Angeles.

Beyoncé & Jay Z
Are they expecting baby number two? Hova's cryptic lyric change during a Paris concert has everyone thinking Blue Ivy is getting a younger sibling.

Lauren Conrad & William Tell
The former Laguna Beach star and ex-Something Corporate member tied the knot in front of their nearest and dearest in California. We can only assume it was the most Pinterest-perfect affair that has ever occurred.
Conrad wasn't the only Hills alum who got hitched this weekend. Holly Montag, sister of Heidi, wed Richie Wilson in the Montag's hometown of Crested Butte, Colorado on Sunday. Spencer Pratt was in attendance. Unfortunately, Holly's wedding precluded Speidi from attending the Conrad-Tell nuptials and having Kristin Cavallari dramatically stroll in, ready to date Brody and cause dramatic upheaval in the fake world of The Hills.

Chrissy Teigen & John Legend
Teigen and Legend celebrated their first wedding anniversary with a romantic trip to Paris. The hilarious model shared an Instagram photo taken at the famed Crazy Horse, along with the caption, "Took John to see other boobs for our anniversary to make up for the 364 days of the year I'm insufferable. PS they are insanely talented and not just boobs." Teigen also tweeted the fun fact that, "My favorite part about my anniversary dinner was the girl who came to our table who john used to bone and also the sea bass."

Samira Wiley & Lauren Morelli
Orange Is the New Black scribe Lauren Morelli penned a moving essay for Mic in which she discusses how writing for the show helped her realize that she's gay. She is now dating Samira Wiley, who plays Poussey on the show.

Nikki Reed & Ian Somerhalder
The duo is still going strong, and Somerhalder even took to Instagram to defend Reed from some so-called fan's nasty comments.

Amal Alamuddin & George Clooney
The couple is imminently tying the knot in Venice, so it's about time Clooney publicly declared his love for Alamuddin. Also, is this really their wedding invitation?
