Cara D. Is Recording An Album With RiRi’s Producer!

Cara Delevingne is fast becoming our favorite “slashie.” The supermodel, actress, amateur tattooist, bacon-makeup founder, and if her Instagram account is to be believed, musician, is said to be recording her first album.

The Telegraph
reports that the Brit-wunderkind is in the studio with none other than Isabelle Machine, the producer behind bestie Rihanna’s most popular work. Judging by the picture posted on Instagram of the pair gamely smiling in what looks to be a music studio with the caption, “The beginning,” it seems that the rumors could be true. And, it’s a dream the model holds dear to her heart. As she candidly revealed in
W magazine,
“I want to make music, I want to act, I want to sing, I want to do something that doesn’t make my skin erupt.”

With friends like Rihanna and Rita Ora, we wonder what genre of music Delevingne will make and produce. At Kanye West’s gig in NYC this week, she regramed a picture of herself with Machine and Kuk Harrell, the music legend who cowrote RiRi’s hit single, “Umbrella” and composed Beyoncé’s infamous, “Single Ladies.” Talk about friends in high places. We know she can sing from previous ditties for Love magazine and Hogan, but we're just stumped about the genre of music she will actually create for herself. What do you think? Let us know in the comments section below if you see Cara D. becoming a pop princess or an r&b diva? (The Telegraph)
