We didn't think a meal at the Peninsula could get any better, but with the launch of its new Chef Series, there's an entirely new reason to make a reservation — and not just for a special occasion.
In-house chef de cuisine Lee Wolen is partnering up with four hot Chicago chefs for a monthly feast that you won't find on the The Lobby's regular menu. But the food isn't the only part that is going to change each month. The decor and seating arrangements will also be mixed up, so you'll never feel like you're having the same dining experience twice. So, that dinner club you have? It's time to rally the troops and mark your calendars for the next four months.
