On our list of closets to raid in the event of a zombie apocalypse (yes, we have one, and yes, it's long), Leandra Medine of The Man Repeller is right there in the number one spot. WWD beat us to it with the next best thing — a peek inside the arm-party-starting, layer-loving, be-all-end-all of wardrobes.
There are a lot of reasons to read this profile, in which we learn about her well-documented shoe obsession, including the fact that Leandra's first love was a little guy named Steve Madden. She's got Louboutins and Supergas a plenty, she's got Dries Van Noten and Alexander Wangs galore...this girl's literally got everything, although she boldly claims that she could never spend $3,000 on a pair of shoes. We're actually surprised to hear that she only has 100 pairs of shoes (and even more surprised that WWD called her closet "small")...but we're sure that number is growing every day. (WWD)
