Food Trucks For Your Dog: Is This Fur Real?

1
If you spend your Saturday nights sautéing beef and chicken for your four-legged friend(s), this event is right up your alley. As for the rest of us, it's a wee bit wacky — and that's coming from some of the biggest dog lovers this side of, well, anywhere.
As if pups these days aren't spoiled enough (dog manis, anyone?), they now have the luxury of getting their lunch served on wheels, food truck style. Thanks to Rachael Ray and her brand new line of wet food, Nutrish, your dog can chow down on yummy dishes like "Chicken Muttballs & Pasta" and "Chicken Paw Pie" — straight from the sidewalk.
Ray's three-day food truck tour will commence this Thursday (from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.) in Columbus Circle, with Rachael herself serving up some of the meals. If your pup is tiring of those kibbles and bits, or you just want to see the spectacle for yourself, stop by for a taste. Not only will you spoil Fido rotten, but you'll actually be doing some good, too — a portion of the truck's proceeds will go to support animal shelters, and the Best Friends Animal Society.
