Coachella Brings Out The Crop Tops & SO Much Flower Power

After Swedish House Mafia kept everyone on their feet well into the night, last night, the fashion crowd was a little bleary eyed this morning. Everyone kept their heart-shaped shades firmly attached to their faces.
But, by mid afternoon the Coachella runway was heating up as the crowds flocked to the polo fields to catch Kaiser Chiefs, Bon Iver, The Shins, David Guetta and Radiohead. Hair of the dog they may have needed, but fashion advice they did not. I managed to snap some awesome shots that have inspired me to try out some very fun new looks this summer.

I love how carefree and fun this top is. Very '70s. And great arm candy too!

ADORE! The woven bag, the mixed stacked bracelets, and the fabulous Hudson jeans with the neon orange speed stripe...somehow they all work together when logic would suggest otherwise. Very cool and eclectic!

Love the high-waisted shorts with the cute crop tops. The turban is a fantastic statement piece and the round framed glasses could not be any cooler!

Vintage ladies kicking butt! The crochet dress with the high-waisted black bathing suit underneath is gorgeous and fresh. And the boater is AWESOME! Great alternative to the fedora (which is so two seasons ago), The pink candy striped pants are so fun and I love that she's gone outside the box and paired them with some battered old boots. Gorgeous duo.

I am obsessed with this arm! Such a cool mix! Each bracelet tells a story. The chunky ones are from AllSaints, a good old favorite; then there's Chan Luu; then a vintage piece from Bahrain; and finally, a gift from a lover in Seville (hola!).

The next generation! These girls are paving the way, and how awesome are their outfits? (When I was 13 I was still wearing short Mickey Mouse leggings from Target.)

Love the flower headband, love the crop top, LOVE their hair. Love the cross body bag. Love, love, love!
