Skillet Pancakes at Dinner on Ludlow
Remember the first time you got a goody bag and couldn’t believe how great it was? Dinner on Ludlow’s brunch menu is kind of like that. Every item is served with an AM cocktail — we’re partial to the Bloody Maria — as well as coffee or tea. Since you’ll need something good to eat for all those beverages to wash down, opt for the dreamy Skillet Pancakes. Served in a piping-hot, cast-iron pan, these hotcakes are topped with blueberry-maple butter and dense, vanilla-lemon whipped cream. You’ll probably need to walk off the decadent confection afterwards, which makes the LES’ neighboring boutiques oh-so-convenient.
