This retro look begins with a nude shadow swiped across the entire eyelid. Use an eyeliner brush to apply black gel eyeliner from the inner corner of each upper lid, thickening it as you go along, and swooping it upwards when you hit the end of your lashline. Lightly rim underneath your eye with the same hue, then add some faux lashes up top to enhance the effect. Add bronzer to your cheeks and a pale pink lipstick on your lips.
