Places to go, people to see, but not a single thing to wear? Let’s not fret just yet, because Big Things are coming your way (literally). If you’re on the hunt for threads that won’t disappoint, we’d like to divert your attention over to Big Summer Designer Marketplace, a group trunk show put on by — you guessed it — Big Things. Held at the Asterisk Magazine HQ, this fashionable function is a must-hit for shopaholics (i.e. us.).
Featuring spring and summer collections from local designers, including R29 faves Serial Cultura and Micaela Greg, this is just the solution to our sartorial dilemmas. Plus, it’s basically a one-stop shop and we dig the convenience. So, come sip on lemonade and nosh on snacks while you shop all your favorite summertime trends. See you there and may your shopping bag overfloweth!
When: Saturday, June 30, 2 to 7 p.m.
Where: Asterisk, 3156 24th Street (at Shotwell Street); 415-839-9707.
