Need a beauty fix STAT? Instead of heading for your bathroom cabinet, make a beeline to your fridge. Many of the foods you eat to stay energized and healthy have the same effect on skin and hair when applied topically. Here, our experts dish on the seven foods found in your fridge that offer serious nourishment to the skin and hair.
