We never really pictured ourselves getting married in a dress that looks like a cupcake, so we appreciate it when brands like J.Crew get that, too. In its latest collection of luxe, limited-editon looks, we spotted a crisp-white, daisy-covered, collared shirt that we were surprised to find available exclusively in J.Crew wedding stores.
We admit that, even with the crystal-embellished flowers, we initially thought that we'd want to style this top for a day at the office rather than a walk down the aisle, (or down to the court house). However, we can certainly envision paring this button down with a glamourous fishtail maxi skirt or perfectly-tailored, equally bright-white trousers.
This feels pretty perfect for a bride who might not be traditional, but would never let her sartorial spark get lost on such an important day. And, for any single ladies, nobody has to know you're sporting wedding wear in public (sure can't do that with a ball gown).
