Scott Disick Finally Speaks Out Post-Split

Scott Disick hasn't exactly been keeping a low-profile since his very public split with longtime baby mama Kourtney Kardashian, but according to Us Weekly, he's finally ready to talk. Hosting a bash at 1OAK Nightclub in Las Vegas on Friday night, Scott told reporters on the red carpet: "[I'm] just taking it one day at a time. With everything going on right now, I need to be positive for myself." Spending the night out at a club with hundreds of your closest friends doesn't seem like the smartest idea when your ex is snuggled at home watching Scooby Doo, but hey, to each his own. At least he finally got some daddy-time with the couple's three children Mason, Penelope, and Reign this week. This TMZ video of Scott surrounded by people at 1OAK is our literal version of hell.
