What Is John Travolta Doing To ScarJo In This Photo?

John Travolta continued his quest to be the confused, creepy uncle to every Oscar attendee this year. This time, he didn't even bother to wait until the actual show to botch a performer's name (Adele Dazeem, never forget). He went straight for an odd moment on the red carpet. His unfortunate subject was Scarlett Johansson.  It's unclear what, exactly, Travolta was trying to do in this photo. He seems to be coming in for a kiss from behind. ScarJo could not be less into it if she tried. She seemed to immediately adopt the same strategy wilderness enthusiasts are taught to follow when attacked by bears: Remain perfectly still and hope your pursuer will just go away.  Maybe John Travolta should sit next year's Oscars out. Just a suggestion.
