Excuse me, can I talk to you for a minute? Because Ariana Grande and Jessie J are going to release a cover of a very important '90s song.
In an interview with Hits Daily Double, producer Rodney Jerkins shared that he's working with the two divas for a cover of the iconic Brandy and Monica song "The Boy Is Mine." When Hits asked the producer what he had coming in 2015, he casually mentioned this fact, as if it weren't totally sacrilegious. "I’m doing a very special project," he told Hits. "Some originals as well as reimagined hits. So for example, I’ll do the 'The Boy Is Mine' with Ariana and Jessie J. Sam is doing 'It’s Not Right It’s Okay' by Whitney Houston." We'll deal with you later, Sam Smith.

Maybe the Grande-J cover will be glorious and wonderful and the best thing to ever happen to us since 1998. But, as for now, our gut reaction goes something like this: Is nothing sacred? They probably don't even own cordless phones. (Hits Daily Double)
