Chelsea Clinton welcomed her daughter to the world on September 26, 2014. She took to Twitter to share the news that Charlotte Clinton Mezvinsky was born and her parents soon followed suit, with Bill Clinton releasing an official statement expressing how "thrilled" he and Hillary are.
