Lykke Li's Collab With & Other Stories Is A Traveler's Dream

& Other Stories, H&M’s avant-garde little sister, announced its latest collaboration with Swedish singer-songwriter Lykke Li. Cue squeals of joy all round. The collection will run the gamut of bags, shoes, accessories, and ready-to-wear in the style the singer loves best: monochrome. Li has long been a star of the fashion-forward High Street chain, and her near-constant travels around the globe influenced the designs for the line.
"I’m a nomad and traveled my whole life so my style choices have grown out of pure necessity. I need to travel light but still feel empowered, there’s no space for frills or colors,” Li explained. “It’s been a dream of mine to have the perfect leather sack filled with the bare essentials, like a true nomad ready for business, and Stories gave me that chance. This collection is my version of that lifesaving sack and will be my uniform until the day I die.”
Unfortunately, we’re all going to have to wait 'til autumn to find out exactly what the collection looks like. But, as we haven’t finalized our vacation plans for this year, we’re more than happy to play the waiting game.
