On winning big at a young age.
"It’s kind of unbelievable, really genuinely unbelievable, can’t really process it. It is just such a huge honor, just amazing. I guess that’s at every age, though, I assume. You’ve got to interrupt me, or I’ll just keep carrying on."
On her post-Globes celebrations.
"I need to catch up on my drinking. I believe that’s why I was so manic. Normally, I have time to have a glass of wine. That’s not a good answer. Tonight, I am going to celebrate with my friends and family. So interrupt — quick, quick, quick!"
Is being the "toast of Hollywood" daunting?

On wanting to direct.
"My passion for directing happened at the same time as my acting on my first movie. I do want to direct, but I don’t want to suck, so I want to keep learning, and I am learning from the best."
"Don’t be a follower, and always do the right thing. Yeah, like, if you have the choice between the right thing and the wrong thing, the right way is always less stressful."
On staying grounded in Hollywood.
"I've got a good group of friends that I have had for a very long time and we all like doing the same thing, which is not really what the tabloids like writing about. And, then I have an amazing family, and I am just always busy working. I don’t have time to get into trouble!"
