    Winter is the time of year most of us get the general blahs. With shorter days, colder temperatures, and less activity (because venturing out into a polar vortex is just not our idea of a good time, either) you can find yourself getting kind of down. When a steady diet of Netflix won't pull you out of it, you know you might have to take more drastic measures.
