Amy Poehler & Tina Fey Want The Golden Globes To Run Long — Very Long

The Golden Globes are this Sunday, which means we're less than one week away from seeing what Tina Fey and Amy Poehler have planned for possibly the most anticipated monologue in the history of awards shows.
But, if the dynamic duo has its way, its opener won't be the only memorable speech during Sunday night's festivities. "We’re going to encourage people to go real long on their speeches." Poehler said in a recent interview, referring to the tendency to play off overjoyed winners who ramble on in their acceptance speeches. Fey, of course, couldn't help chiming in. "I'm going to tell people to find it. Don’t stop talking until you 'find it.'"
We're not exactly sure what the 'it' is that Tina wants winners to find, but if there's anyone we'd like to see try, it's Jennifer Lawrence — the odds-on favorite in the Best Supporting Actress category for her manic turn in American Hustle. The Globes tend to be the booziest of all the awards shows, so J Lawr's 'it' will most definitely include an anecdote about flatulence. (Entertainment Weekly)
