Lady Gaga & Christina Aguilera Release An Official Duet, Let The Twirling Begin

Hark! The herald platinum blondes sing. From beyond the mists of hairspray and sequin shimmers comes the official duet between Lady Gaga and Christina Aguilera.
Half an hour before the ball dropped in Times Square, Aguilera tweeted the news, blessing NYE revelers with a fresh single to kick off the first celebrations of 2014. The song, Gaga's "Do What U Want," first got the diva treatment when she performed with Aguilera on The Voice . The moment managed to rise above all the Beyoncé hype, prompting the two to hit the studio and release a glossy, polished single dripping in gold lamé. Their voices seamlessly blend together to make a gargantuan sound that demands the listener to pay attention, running the risk of a liquid hair net attack if they don't. Why Xtina was passed over for R.Kelly on the original will forever remain a pop culture mystery. Reading into moves like this, however, will get us no where. So, we will just slip into our Saturday Night Fever's best and jive into the weekend.
