We Tour Wildfox's Amazing HQ — MAJOR Office Envy, Ahead!

Photographed By Molly Cranna.
With cheeky campaigns inspired by the likes of My Little Pony and Clueless, T-shirts that manage to be both wildly comfortable and still look sexy on, and swimwear and sunnies that will bring out the flirty beach babe in even the most bashful of us, Wildfox makes clothes that radiate all that is California cool.
That being said, we had a strong inclination that the team behind the incredibly successful operation would boast a similar je ne sais quoi. Luckily, our instincts were on the money. Ahead, check out the brand's insanely cool offices, and meet the inspiring babes behind the most loved items in your closet.

What initially motivated you to start Wildfox?
"I was working at another company, and just had this crazy feeling I could start a brand of my own. I've always felt like I could have a brand that would speak to other girls."

How do you envision the "Wildfox girl"?
"She is a girl who is strong, outgoing, driven, and extremely whimsical! She's basically my whole friend circle!"

What inspires you?
"Pretty much everything, but mostly films. I've seen so many movies. I wanted to be a director, and you can see that influence in the clothing line's photo shoots."

What's your favorite way to procrastinate at work?

"Sometimes, we sit at our computers too long and need to take a break to play dress up and put on wigs, or plan a themed get-together. We have built a fort with pillows and blankets in the middle of the design studio before, and will likely do it again."

What's the best part about working at Wildfox?
"Our team, boss, and staff are really solid and amazing. We are all extremely motivated and have a lot of fun. Miami Swim Week is one of the highlights of my year with planning the runway show, and seeing all the hard work come together. There is never a sense of dread coming in to work. I love what I do."

What's your favorite way to procrastinate at work?
"Going around the entire office and distracting everyone else from doing their job. Sometimes I will even fake tap dance in their doorways to get their attention."

Who is your ultimate style icon?
"Dame Vivienne Westwood, and I can't wait to dress like her when I am her age. I love what she does with shape and pattern. She is such an innovator and her use of historical costume references kills me."

"Everything. It can be exhausting and overwhelming."

What's the best part about working at Wildfox?
"Being with my friends everyday and working with the same like minded people. We all have a common goal we are working towards, and we our putting in our all to get to that place. Oh, and building forts in the office and having Leilani read us ghost stories."

What's your favorite Wildfox item of all time?
"The Marissa slouchy skinny jeans. They have broken in perfectly. They take on a new life depending on what you style them with."

Has working at Wildfox influenced your own personal style? If so, how?
"The style is a little more casual in California. I feel very out of place if I show up in my regular east coast uniform of all black. So now, I feel completely comfortable heading to the boardroom in a zombie cat sweatshirt. Nobody judges me and I am still taken seriously."

Who is your ultimate style icon?
"Marisa Berenson — her subtle choices of accessories and fits always remind me to pay attention to the details. I think her jet set lifestyle contributed to her eclectic and timeless style."

What inspires you?
"Deadlines. They give me immediate clarity and help me focus on the most important details."

What's the best part about working at Wildfox?
"It is a very fun, positive, and nurturing place to grow as a designer. It is an extremely creative environment where no idea is too crazy."
