New Yorkers live for that perfect time between October and New Year's. There's nothing quite like the brisk autumn temps and the buzz of a city revived from a too-hot summer. And, while we're not trying to rush ourselves straight to the holidays, we also can't help ourselves once we see the ice rink set up at Rockefeller Center. So, we sent our New York editor Annie to test out her skating skills with a little help from Olympian figure-skating champion Elvis Stojko. How did she fare? Well, we don't wanna brag, but she's well on her way to the pros.
