We don't mean to jump any guns here, but Lindsay Lohan may be back. No, not in the Paris Hilton, early-aughts sort of way, but in the sense that folks might actually want her around this time. Showing up at the exclusive, well-heeled Purple Magazine dinner last night, Lohan wore a smart, vintage Alaïa number and looked bright-eyed and — dare we say it — lovely. The actress on the mend skipped the after-party and just attended the dinner, rubbing elbows with fashion notables like the magazine's founder Olivier Zahm, the Proenza Schouler duo, Karen Elson, Sarah-Sophie Flicker, and Waris Ahluwalia. Her hair was healthy and glossy, her outfit was in a NYFW-ready black, and gone were the smudged cat-eyes of yore.
We aren't the only people to notice how great, put together, and stylish Lindsay looked, so here's hoping that the current positive feedback will only cement her desire to get healthy and get performing again.
