Phew, We Can See The Rolling Stones Play Glasto After All — Thanks BBC!

Good news, people. For those of without tickets to Glasto, we’ll be able to get a full hour of the Rolling Stones Saturday show, courtesy of the BBC. The Independent revealed last month that a row had broken out between the Stones and the Beeb over how much of the performance they were willing to broadcast. The band initially only wanted four songs to be shown on the telly but luckily for us, the powers that be managed to persuade the band into allowing a full hour’s show time. Though sadly the finale (complete with fireworks) will be saved for just the spectators at Worthy Farm.

Still, in that precious one hour, there’s got to be a few classic hits. Satisfaction? Wild Horses? Brown Sugar? The mind truly boggles. (The Independent)
