The Rachel, the Farrah — sometimes, a celebrity hair style can be just as iconic as the personality herself. And now, we feel comfortable adding Jessie J's shaven barnet to the list of noteworthy cuts.
Unlike many of her predecessors, Jessie J chose the shaved look not for style, but for charity. She managed to raise £500,000 for Comic Relief, the UK organisation that works to erase poverty around the world. Speaking about her decision, the singer said, "Obviously, shaving my head was a massive highlight. I've been wanting to do it for a long time, but I wanted to be famous enough that it would raise a lot of money." So, it's just a happy coincidence that she can totally rock the shaved head look.
