It’s always a bit of a bummer to start off the week with word of a store closing. So, hearing the news that our favorite Mission-based home-goods shop, Pot + Pantry, is shuttering definitely brought a big frown to our faces. Hot off the heels of hosting a poppin' food-themed art show and after a solid two years on the scene, the local spot announced in an email that it would be shifting all of its kitchen gear and goodies online — so, it’s not completely vanishing. Phew!

You have until March 24 to hightail it to the brick and mortar shop to peep the space before it disappears. And ready for the silver lining? You can score up to 30% off everything in the store, including the enviable fixtures and displays. Also, to go out with a bang, Pot + Pantry is hosting one last pop-up this Thursday, March 21. Bike Basket Pies will be on site hawking its sweet treats all day long. So, hurry up and check out the locale's last few days on Guerrero Street and be sure to mosey over to its spiffy new site now, and also when it relaunches. Stay tuned!
Pot + Pantry, 593 Guerrero Street (at 18th Street); 415-206-1134.
