Here's A Recipe For The New Caveman Diet 400-Calorie Brownie Sundae

400 calorie brownie sundae caveman diet recipe
Some people lose their appetite when it's this hot. Us—we eat. Binge eat. We won't talk about today (Friday's cheat-day, right?!), save to say that there's still a lingering smell of General Tso despite our burning Jo Malone candle. So, what to do when 100 degrees might equal 100 pounds? Eat like a caveman, uh, duh. If you haven't heard of the ridiculously named Caveman Diet, it's simple: Just eat food that our paleolithic ancestors grubbed on rather than processed, new-fangled munchies. Clearly, then, Stephanie Lester, who founded the uber-popular Caveman Cookies, is certainly one smart cookie—she just teamed up with NYC's own Raw Ice Cream Company to create the Paleo Brownie Sundae, a heat-beating dessert that only has 28 grams of fat and 400 calories (that's versus 68 grams of fat and 1340 calories in a regular one). 100% Gluten free and guiltlessly delicious, we won't be ashamed to inhale one of these babies down, and we're not selfish either—we're more than happy to share this tasty treat with y'all, just check the recipe below! Invite us though, it serves 24!
