Is it okay...

that I feel horny all
the time?

Being horny all the time isn't
a moral failing.

It doesn’t make you a monster or a sexual deviant, nor is it “wrong.” We can’t assign morality to normal bodily functions!

Human sexuality is an ever-evolving subject and we learn more about it every single day. There is no right or wrong answer. We just do our best and learn as we go.

This includes changes in your body — like puberty, menstruation, ovulation, pregnancy, or taking hormones. Horniness can also be a direct response to stimuli, such as porn, touch, fantasies, words of adoration, or fancams.

So, what kind of things make you horny?

Anything can make you horny!

While we should be mindful of using sex as an escape or distraction, there’s often little harm in getting off to feel better.

What if I also feel horny when I'm sad or angry or stressed?

a bad person!

But it feels like the world is telling me it’s wrong to be horny all the time, and I feel like

Misinformation and alarmism around sexuality run rampant. So it makes sense to feel like we’re in crisis when our sexuality doesn’t manifest in what we think is a “normal” way.

But remember, your sexuality doesn’t make you a bad person. Be kind to yourself
and be open to learning.

Okay, but what do I do with all this… horniness?
