Chef Thomas McNaughton knows a thing or two about helming a standout, grub-fueled haven. If you’ve even briefly wandered into his lauded Mission eatery Flour + Water, you know what we mean. Lucky for us, the young and talented chef is back at it, bringing the S.F. resto scene not one, but two hotly anticipated additions. Proving that good things really do come in pairs, Central Kitchen (which launched about a week ago) and Salumeria (opening this week) both offer unique, finger-licking-good eats in a sleek and streamlined space.

The two tasty places will essentially be under one industrial roof, with a plant-filled courtyard between them, and mega-creative fare being served on both sides. While Central Kitchen focuses on Northern Cali-style selections, the more casual Salumeria is all about crafting top-notch cured meats and delectable sandwiches. So, what should you wear when hitting up the delicious duo? We’ve culled one awesome look to make your jaunt to Central Kitchen and Salumeria nothing short of perfection. Check out our four must-have sartorial ingredients right here — and don't worry, we've made sure any waist bands involved are extra stretchy.
