And just like its totally unique concept, trust it's not celebrating its first birthday in any typical fashion.
Instead — get this — it’s hosting a wild BMX show by the Clayton Bike Stunt Team, complete with wooden ramps to ensure awesome up-in-the-air tricks. And in case you’re thinking that driving to an island will be a hassle, note that parking is completely free.
