Every now and then our old man gives us the “early bird gets the worm” lecture. But this Father’s Day Town Cutler is giving us the chance to prove to our pop that our procrastinating practices are a thing of the past. Hosted by the delightfully domestic outpost Pot + Pantry, make your padre proud and wow him a week early by carving a little time out this Sunday to make nice with knives.
At this pre-Father’s Day event, Galen Garretson, proprietor of San Francisco’s sharpest shop Town Cutler, will be selling his best blades and providing knife and sharpening demos (usually $80 a class!). Not only will your rad dad be impressed by your initiative, but with BBQ season around the corner he’ll get some skills for the grills. Who knows, this could be the best Father’s Day yet...besides the time you made him that macaroni masterpiece in preschool, of course.
