Making Scents: 2 Abbot Kinney Perfumeries Create 1 Crave-Worthy Co-Op

Who doesn’t love bopping around Abbot Kinney for a stroll that's jam-packed with sweet shopping, cool eats, and lovely art? You're always bound to find something that needs to come home with you. So, whenever the artsy block boasts a hip new happening — we take notice.
Case in point: The Perfume Commune. The beloved shopping stretch welcomes a co-op of sorts that offers up an innovative approach to perfumery. Two fragrance frontrunners — Le Labo and Strange Invisible Perfumes — have teamed up (situated side-by-side) to bring a pretty sweet-smelling collab to fruition. Great minds must really think alike, right?
This one-of-a-kind outpost sells a lush array of perfumes from both brands — so, instead of competing with one another, they'll be working in fragrant harmony. Although the two have somewhat differing philosophies, they do share the same overall objective: to bring people hand-blended and bottled perfume. Mosey on over and check it out — it's olfactory overload!
