Rule number one of fashion advertising: when you want it be a buzzed-about success, you tap Terry Richardson as lensman. End of story. Known for his every-so-slightly erratic behavior and tendencies to stray into sexual themes, he’s the go-to photog for the likes of Carine Roitfeld and Marc Jacobs. Taking a cue from fashion's most famous, Pour La Victoire tapped the legend for its very first ad campaign, and, in keeping with his newfound classiness, there's nary an exposed nipple or ripped abs in sight. Terry shot Aussie stunner Jessica Hart — who's been the face of H&M, Guess, and Victoria's Secret, to name a few — modeling the holiday and resort lines in a private UES club. True to his style, he coaxed an oh-so-sultry look out of the model — although, yes, the shoot erred on the more conservative side, all things considered. We already counted ourselves as fans of the stiletto-heavy line, but this newest collab seems guaranteed to turn us into super-fans...even all buttoned up. (WWD)
