Dabble is a genius little web site that offers classes for grown-ups — on any topic you can imagine. The one class we've got our eye on (obvi) is Fashion Blogging Basics, a writing class with an instructor we're pretty into. R29's Chicago Editor, Shani Silver will be chatting up Chicago's bloggers and blogger wannabes on Wednesday, October 26 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Single Needle Studio in West Town.
Think of it as Ikea instructions for your new blog, but way easier to understand. Shani will take you through building your blog's purpose, giving your readers the goods, and she'll even break down the different parts of a post, and why each one impacts your blog's success.
