We spotted her outside of Lincoln Center and were instantly taken with her obvious hair-wrapping skills. Once we got a closer look, we were even more charmed by her chic beauty style: Matte orange lips, radiant skin, and a two-tone liner effect that just radiated cool.
We're tempted to try this one out for ourselves — the metallic silver on the bottom inner rim adds a futuristic spin to the classic cat-eye, brightening up her eye area in the process.
