Use a SPF mineral moisturizer as primer.

Apply a full coverage long-wear concealer under your eyes and center points of your face.

Diffuse a small amount of cream blush across your cheeks.

Set the concealer with powder and dust over oily zones.

Bring some depth back in by sweeping bronzer under cheekbones and around the forehead.

Balance out the matte skin with a cream highlighter on the high points of your cheekbones.

Apply a thing layer of eyeshadow primer across your eyelids to prevent creasing.

Layer the cream blush on your eyelids to create a soft tint. Set with powder.

Create a cat eye with a liquid liner. Start at the roots of your lashes then wing out.

Swipe a glitter topcoat at the center of your lids to add some dimension.

Apply waterproof mascara to the top and bottom lashes.

Apply a deep red liquid lipstick to last all day and night.
