I’ve been on a bit of a workout kick the past few weeks.
From Pilates to boxing to Soul Cycle, I can guarantee that I’m getting my 10k
steps in a day, and then some. In order to make sure I’m locked and loaded for all
my workouts, I’ve been starting my day off with a green smoothie bowl. The base
is my favorite green smoothie recipe, and then I load the top up with
various fruits, shredded coconut, and maybe some granola if I have it on hand.
How easy is that? Plus, it’s sure to keep you satisfied until lunch.
