With a name like SLT (which stands for "Strengthen. Lengthen. Tone.") Soho's newest workout hotspot ain't playin' around. Started in NYC in 2011 by Amanda Freemanm with the aid of Sabastien Lagree's Megaformer machines, the workouts focus on cardio, Pilates, and strength training in fifty minute sessions.
Now, let's be honest: We know your New Year's fitness resolution wasn't an empty promise. You can spare less than an hour a day to get yourself back in fighting form — and, thanks to the new 'hood, you can squeeze a workout in between brunch and shopping.
