Our skin-care rituals tend to begin and end in our bathrooms. We wash our face, throw on some moisturizer, and we're set. But, according to The Huffington Post, there's more we can be doing for our skin — and it doesn't necessarily involve our bathrooms.
In addition to reminding us to only wash our face twice a day and remember sunscreen, HuffPost points out some other important skin-saving must-dos. For one: Try to train yourself to start sleeping on your back. Why? This unpopular sleep position (only 14% of the population does it) actually helps prevent wrinkles. If you can't get yourself to roll over, swap in a silk pillowcase to decrease the epidermal tug. Check out The Huffington Post for more ways to protect yourself. It may change the way you think about skin care. (The Huffington Post)
