Our local boutiques have been a bit quiet these last few weeks. Perhaps they’re still recovering from the hoards of shoppers who ransacked their shops during the holidays. Hey, they’re not complaining; they’re just taking a beat.
But this weekend, one of our favorite Coral Gables stores, Aleren, is hosting an end-of-season sale event. Items like rompers, cut-out blouses, Hudson denim, sparkle dresses, faux fur, and Wild Fox tops will be marked down between 40 to 60 percent off regular prices. There will also be stylists on hand in case you need someone to help you justify that post-holiday shopping.
