She's Like a Rainbow: Kate, Peaches Get Their Streak On
comments
Always the horse of a different color, every change in Kate Moss' appearance starts a new trend, even if she's just playing dress up. The model held a pink-themed party for her daughter's sixth birthday, and added a few fuchsia streaks to her own golden tresses. While some questioned if this would surge a new wave in the Manic Panic movement, we wondered, even if her choices are done in jest, does it still somehow tap into the fashion unconscious? We've noticed other stylish types trying out the look recently, too, and not just for the entertainment of little kids. At the Hugo Boss concept store opening, Peaches Geldof rocked fluorescent blue-tipped curls. Jane Aldridge experimented with a periwinkle streak, and COACD captured Katty from New York Models with lavender highlights. Well, we can't deny it; on these girls, the Kool-Aid colors never looked so cool.
PS. Sorry for the Peaches overload!
