We'll say it right now: Sasha Obama looked absolutely stunning on election night. At the tender age of 11, the youngest White House resident is already light years ahead of most of us in the style department. We almost don't want to tell you how we dressed at that age — let's just say it involved a lot of neon spandex, scrunchies, and the occasional (and non-ironic) animal T-shirt.
But, thanks to the style prowess of her mom (and the occasional awesome hand-me-down from big sis Malia), Sasha will be able to look back on her youth and feel none of our fashion shame. During Tuesday night's festivities, the tween rocked an emerald skirt from NYC designer Chris Benz. The pleated number is the perfect mix of high fashion and youthful exuberance — something we could all stand to copy once in a while. With four more years in the White House (and four more years of growing up in the public eye), we can't wait to see what else Sasha's got up her sleeve. (Lucky Magazine)
