We're not ones to promote full-on fights, but a little friendly competition never hurt anyone. That's why we've assembled some of the best DJs in the biz, pinning them against one another in a classic boys-versus-girls battle.
Next Tuesday, join your very own R29 editors and The Embassy for a can't-miss music bash (perfect for those twiddling their thumbs between Coachella weekends!). The gals' side will be repped by an impressive lineup including Nina Tarr, Allie Teilz, and Ana Calderon — who has DJed events for Radiohead, Phoenix, and The Black Keys. As for the boys, Chris Holmes, Zach Cowie, and Questlove will bring it on home. A little background check: Holmes is the tour DJ for none other than Paul McCartney; Cowie has toured with Animal Collective and Fleet Foxes; and Questlove recently opened for Timberlake at SXSW. And, that's not all, folks: There will be even more special guests announced in the lead up to this dance-fueled fete.
