Reed Krakoff Opens Store & E-Commerce Today

Make that two places—the designer (and Coach Creative Director) opened flagship shop The Reed Krakoff Collection on Madison Avenue today, and launched his e-commerce site. The boutique will sell his complete line, including RTW, handbags, leather-goods, footwear, sunglasses, watches, and jewelry. The aesthetic is as sleek as the offerings—uber-tall ceilings, lacquered walls, antiqued flooring, and expensive looking gunmetal vitrines (plus one-of-a-kind contemporary furniture from Mattia Bonettie, Joris Laarman, and a special collab with his wife, Delphine) make a shopping experience akin to a museum visit.
