Back in 2007, it seemed like every fashionable head was swathed in one of Prada's hip silk turbans. Well, that specific look may have burned out as quickly as it rose up, but this stylistic (though some had protested offensive) nod to the Middle East isn't going away just yet. The recent Resort collections featured all sorts of wrapped chic, whether it was given a tough, Keith Richards-y, pirate-y edge at Rag & Bone, a Carmen Miranda-like tropical twist at Chris Benz, or even paired with a sumptuously draped floor-length gown at Yigal Azrouël.
