Follow Us On A Mother-Daughter Road Trip Through The Pacific Northwest

Well, that was fun! I just got back from my mother-daughter road trip that was paid for via American Express Membership Rewards points (I'll be detailing just how we spent the 250,000 points given to us in a future post!).
With mother-daughter road trips (as with so many other family events), the journey can be a battle of opposites: 5:30 a.m. wake up calls or 11:00 a.m. ones, eating brunch by the bay windows or downing cocktails by the bar, taking the scenic routes to dinner or opting for the highway....
But, just like life, road trips are about compromise, and we ended up winding through our five days with full tummies, awesome memories, and sore abs from all the belly laughs (and, okay, 6:00 a.m. gym sessions) to last us a week.
